At Baby World SA, we want you to be happy with your purchase.
7-Day Returns
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order, subject to the applicable consumer rights and laws of South Africa.
To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
Products returned for a change of mind must:
- Be unused and in their original condition
- Be returned in the original packaging
- Include all original accessories, manuals and packaging where applicable
- Not be damaged, used, altered or tampered with
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return once opened or used, where permitted by law.
Sale Items
Sale items are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns or refunds, unless the item is defective, unsafe, incorrect or otherwise covered by applicable consumer law.
Return Costs
Where a return is requested due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product to Baby World SA.
Where the product is incorrect, defective or the issue is caused by Baby World SA, we will assist with the return in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your return.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible.
Please note that refunds may take additional time to reflect depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
